    Default Bludgeoning damage from arrows?

Maybe 3 years ago I remember pulling some arrows in loot that claimed to do bludgeoning damage upon hitting the enemy. I haven't seen them since. Does such a thing still exist?

Don't think so. Your best option might be a (Epic)Bow of the Silver Flame that makes your arrows deal bludgeoning damage along with some other effects.

Silver Slinger has a similar effect, but I guess you're not interested in bolts

The Morphic Arrows ability in the Arcane Archer tree also adds this (as well as slashing to go with the arrow's piercing) to ranged attacks.
