    Default Useless customer service

    I sent a ticket because the shrine in VoN 1 bugged on me again. Needless to say I got no response for my ticket. Why do you even have GMs?

    And how long did you wait? Are you VIP? Were you bugged inside or outside the shrine?

    I'm VIP, bugged outside the shrine but I could have used it. Anyway, got a reply an hour later, while I was already in VoN 3

    Customer service is pitiful. It's worse than Comcast and AT&T combined. It's usually quicker, easier and FAR less painful to just restart the quest.

    I'm VIP and I have asked for help about 6 times. Three times I got a quick (10-15 minutes) helpful response and I was able to continue on my way. Once I had to wait almost 40 minutes, but did get helped. Once I gave up waiting after 20-30 minutes and got a reply about 45 minutes later after I had left the quest. And finally once I waited about 30 minutes and then was told it was WAI and I was sol - I didn't agree but what could I do.
    I have been on a few runs that bugged out and I didn't bother asking for help since I knew there wasn't a way to fix it....

    Lately the response time has gotten worse than the Detroit 911 system.

    I have gotten very spotty GM response. Sometimes I get a prompt answer and a fix. Other times I wait a really long time (greater than half an hour) just to be acknowledged. And even if I get a response, sometimes it is "Sorry. We can't do anything about it." Well, some of the things they supposedly cannot do anything about (such as NPC's that take your collectables and give nothing in response) are things that they SHOULD be able to correct.

    Spotty is correct. 3 times on EE Small Problem. First time, DM completed the quest but no chest, I might have been one of the first to see it broken, so the GM was confused.

    Second time when it was still busted, he messed with quest objectives. Still no chest, but completely different way of completing the quest for us.

    Final time I got the response "can't fix it".

    I said 'Yes, you can" and gave the two gms that completed it before.
    Then it got completed. Surprises abound.
