    Default Eldritch Juggerknight

I'm almost finished with my current life and I'm looking to TR. My TR buddy and I were both thinking of playing a Juggernaut in the next life.
The juggernaut is pretty powerful, but 2 instead of 1 don't add all that much to the party.
So I started thinking about a different build, with more or less the same playstyle.
I came up with the following build, obviously inspired by the Juggernaut build.

Do you guys mind taking a look at the build and point out the holes in it?

Starting stats: 16/16/16/13/11/6 (+2 tomes in every stat, needs +3 dex for Improved Precise Shot) (level ups in STR)
    Race: Warforged
    Classes: Wizard 11 / Ranger 6 / Monk 3

Level progression and Feats (** regular feats, [] bonus feats)
1 Wiz 1 : *Point blank shot*, [Extend Spell]
    2 Mnk1: [Power Attack]
3 Rng 1: Bow Strength, *Cleave*
4 Rng 2: Rapid Shot, TWF
    5 Wiz 2
6 Wiz 3: *Adept of Forms*
    7 Mnk2: Evasion, [Zen Archery]
    8 Wiz 4
9 Wiz 5: *Great Cleave*, [Maximise Spell]
    10 Rng 3: Die Hard
    11 Rng 4: Precise Shot
    12 Rng 5: *IC: B*
    13 Rng 6: Manyshot, iTWF
    14 Mnk 3: Philosophy
    15 Wiz 6: *gTWF*
    16 Wiz 7
    17 Wiz 8
18 Wiz 9: *Master of Forms*
    19 Wiz 10: [Quicken Spell]
    20 Wiz 11
    21 Epic : [Overwhelming Critical]

    24 Epic: [IC: Ranged]

27 Epic: [Improved Precise Shot] or [Grandmaster of Forms]

    Possible Mutations:
    - Drop GTWF and move IC: Ranged to 15 for a quarterstaff build.
    - Take IC: Piercing instead of IC: Bludgeoning for a shortsword build

    Comparing to a Juggernaut:
A bit less HP and SP
Similar saves (to the ranger variant)
No Deadly Weapons -> TR buddy
No Trapping skills -> TR buddy
Weaker reconstruct (only 11 caster levels), Maximised Repairs to pick up the slack
    TWF
Monk finishers for -25% SP cost
Eldritch Knight enchancements (which seem to be better than the Artificer's)
Lvl 6 Arcane Spells with Extend for the buffs

    Fire away!

Sooo, about a 100 reads and no comments?

Does this mean the build is flawless or just not worth commenting on?

Hey I love the idea but I would love more if you go palemaster in wraith form instead.
Is the 3rd monk just for -25% sp cost? I have on some of my alts and I do not use it often, the movement speed on the other hand is a cool addition.

Wraith form 35% incorporeal is actually very strong if combined with displacement, dodge and evasion with good reflex saves so I would think about 12/6/2monk or 12/4r/4m (if u can fit feats in) instead. You can get 100% off hand proc from tempest and haste boost. But probably not too high stun dc unless you invest a bit more in wisdom.

Also, the eldricth knight sounds cool only for the t1-t2 abilities, not worth invest more in it imo (will have to test btw it's just a 1st impression).

I'm curious about this type of build because my main is a 18wiz/2monk with a cleaver and I can say that melee arcanes have a lot of potential that is not yet known - e.g. one good thing is the energy burst twisted in with easy 300+ spellpower.

    GL with your build
    Avenlight - Human - 12Fvs/6Monk/2Pal/8Epic
    Avenlight - Human - 17Cleric/2Monk/1Fighter/8Epic
    Korsat - Dwarf - 18Wizard/2Monk/8Epic
    Zendark - Halfelf - 12Monk/6Ranger/2Fighter/8Epic

That 3rd level of monk also means free remove curse and restoration with the healing finisher. I'm also planning on making a quarterstaff build, so that's also a +1 damage/attack.
But mainly that 12th level of wizard / 7th level of ranger isn't adding all that much. The only thing that makes me doubt Wiz 12 is the extra caster level for reconstruct.

I'm Tr'ing from a Pale Master, so I know the power of wraith form. But in wraith form, reconstruct is useless. I might as well go human and pick up an extra feat. That and I bloody hate Searing Light spamming casters.

Well, I'm kind of thinking the same thing. That Eldritch Knight cleave attack is supposed to be affected by spellpower. That means an extra cleave to load Momentum Swing and some nice AoE to boot.

    Thanks

Some extra perks in the build compared to a juggeraut.
AA Morphic Arrows -> Pulveriser should work on bows
Centered and Master Earth stance -> another critical multiplier compared to an uncentered jugg
I'm not taking GTWF, but I still have 80% off-hand strike chance through Tempest2 and Deft strikes from Shintao (for when I feel the need to use handwraps)
More PRR through the Eldritch Knight Shield ench, Earth Stance and Shintao's Iron Skin
AA Force Arrows -> no more need for Ghostbane (minor perk, I know)
Spellsword should work on Melee weapons and bows, 2d4 isn't much, but damage is damage
The Animal forms are somewhat stronger

Just checked it out. My build is quite similar to yours. Must be a case of "Great minds think alike" ;-)

I get the feeling that you choice for rogue instead of monk leaves you with some suboptimal feats like Mental Toughness and, to a lesser extend, Two Weapon Defense.
I think that Grandmaster Stances give more bang for my buck.

Looks good, bladeforged would be the better option for POTF and reconstruct SLA. level 11 reconstruct and double cooldown with tenser's makes the reconstruct SLA very tempting. You would of course need a better DEX tome and/or rework the stat distribution a bit.
