    Default Unable to log on (Installing Pre-Reqs)

    first splash screen when starting DDO (TurbineLauncher) is stuck at "Installing Pre-Reqs" and this sucks! I connect to the internet just fine.

    Anyone else or is it just my two computers?

    I'm also currently experiencing "Installing Pre-Reqs" login issue. It makes me sad.

    same thing....no pre reqs even....most of day

    From the DDO Facebook page:

    6:50PM Update: Due to a power issue at our datacenter, all services within the datacenter lost power. For unknown reasons, the backup power systems did not properly come online causing all services to lose power and go offline. Once the power issue is resolved, we will begin the process of verifying and restoring our games and websites. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

    9:50PM Update: Power has been restored and we are in the process of verifying all systems and services. Once this is complete we will begin the process of restarting all servers and websites. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
