Pretty sure Riot, old GM of TA, is done - i know a number of the guys who used to play with him in TA are still around - Tyrsis, Ink, Thor, Rezyk.

Indeed, this exists. You can download it here:

So with DDO on Steam, and SteamOS coming, what's the chance of tri-platform support?

The Mac client is not yet ready for prime time. There is no ability to adjust the gamma, as a consequence the dungeons/quests are nearly pitch black and you can't find your way around certain dusky settings like Wheeloon or Delera's.

I have a number of close friends who are Mac users exclusively. These were D&D players from my college days. As soon as the lighting issues are resolved I will invite them to DDO. I would recommend you wait until you can see before you attempt to play.

p.s. I only play on a Mac; however, I use a Bootcamp to play DDO in Windows. I only use the Mac client of DDO for maintenance when multitasking.

I wish whoever was working on the DDO Mac client would address the lighting/gamma correction....seems like this was reported almost 6 months ago during the Mac Beta
