    Default TP not granting successfully - 10/31/13

    We are currently aware of an issue which is preventing players from properly receiving Turbine Points. I will post an update here once this issue is resolved.

    Turbine Points are now being successfully granted, so players will be properly receiving Turbine Points moving forward.

    At this time, Turbine Points that were missed during the affected period have not yet been granted, but we are looking into getting them granted to impacted players in a mass fix.

    As of 8:00pm Eastern US Time on Friday, November 1st, we have successfully granted all Turbine Points that were missed during the affected period on the 31st.

    While we resolved the issue that occurred on the 31st, there still may be instances in which your Turbine Points do not deliver successfully. If at any time you believe that you have not received all of your Turbine Points, please contact Account Support using the information in my signature.
