+30% fortification is hardly noticeable in the EEs. 15% per stack is a good deal.Stance: +10% fortification per stack of this Past Life.
Passive: AC bonus.
Why you keep giving us these? This is the martial sphere. We have Monks, Rogues and Fighters here and only the first ones can make something good out of AC.
What do they have in common then? Damage.
+1 damage per stack of past life. That traslates into +9 damage that everyone can use when fully stacked.
I also like the different Passive Bonuses but I'm pretty sure that won't change at all. Some of their Past lives are just taken from Epic Destinies, which makes these Epic past lives really boring and for some lazy design.
Another reason for this horrendous 9 fold stacking -
If I want to max out each sphere - that means 9 stacks per sphere. 4*9 = 36 ER's.
36 * 3 million = 108 million xp

After seeing the Iconic PLs, I'm more adamant about the Healing Power being weak.
Healing Power: +10 Positive
Bladeforge: +10 repair
Morninglord: +10 light and alignment
Those aren't EPLs and yet an EPL is comparable to them, that isn't acceptable.
How about a special 4th (or more) past life unlock when u complete x9 Epic TR in a given sphere.
ie, if you did x9 martial sphere epic TR, then you'd get "something"
That "something" can be anything from a passive/active bonus to perhaps a 4th (or more) pastlife feat that can be earned by e-TR-ing again within the sphere.

For all the people saying that the PLs are weak: Well, so are the heroic ones.
Also, 1% elemental absorbtion isn't very useful by itself. I'd only notice that it's there if my character got hit with 100+ elemental damage.
Most of these are somewhat useful. Some look like they would be awesome for certain builds.
But, for me, for my main (only played) character, there is NOTHING compelling.
Now, to be fair, I feel the same way about most of the Heroic Past Lives: slightly useful, but not compelling enough to be worth acquiring. (A few I feel are completely useless, to me.) But not all of them, which is why I've been knocking out 3 each past lives of selected classes.
However, not a single one of these Epic Past Lives is worth a whole bunch of extra grind TO ME.
If these are the Epic Past Lives that go live, then I won't be Epic Reincarnating.
Lol, so to add insult to injury (karma):
It seems that 1 xp = 1 karma. And when I place my ER heart into the UI, it says that I need to spend 6 million karma to tr.
So, boys and girls - it seems, if I'm not mistaking, that it takes earning 6 million xp in a sphere in order to ER each time you want to.
Ha, Varg - I'm patiently waiting to be corrected here.
I don't think the point is to have something uber for casters in this one. The point is something that works for melee/casting hybrids or characters out of sphere. I'd use it on a fighter or paladin any day. I might not grind for it on one, but then I've never grinded a completionist.
In a strange way, this whole lot is an odd nerf to Shiradi casters. What EPL are they going to benefit from while earning Karma in Primal?
