If someone is going to put the time into your game to level cap, a reincarnation if a worthy reward. The new system for TRing is not going to attract any new players yet will probably drive many existing players away.
What is a better way to keep people playing then making the reincarnation process easier? The more difficult it is for someone to TR the more likely you are going to lose the player.
When a character reaches cap they have the option of grinding until their eyes bleed for a heart, playing the very limited endgame, or quiting the game and going elsewhere.
Giving a character a heart of wood as a reward for reaching level 20 is a great incentive to get that player to TR and keep them playing.
