Well, I wanted to give Rest a choice in scenarios. But, I don’t judge.
Things worthy of Standing Stone going EXTREME PREJUDICE™ on.:
    • NEW - Fix the flipping non-proficiency penalties for wildshape!
    • Redo the Favor rewards so there is a reason to do max favor again.
    • Redoing the drop rates of tomes in generic and raid loot tables.
    • Task Lynnabel with updating the remaining legacy named loot to not suck.
    • Tiering the Runearms so that artificers aren’t screwed out of the advantages of Cannith Crafting in Epic levels on their signature item.
    • Finishing the enhancement tree passes (including racial PrE’s) before rolling out yet another DDOStore™ Enhancement Tree.

No need to speculate. It's pretty obvious if you think of it.

MadFloyd and Eladrin were so good that Turbine thought they could use the duplication bug on them and get some extra first class devs. Problem is, MadFloyd and Eladrin were Legendaries. Once the copies hit the table they all had to be sacrificed.

(On a more serious note, there's an enhancement revamp coming to LOTRO as well. Maybe E and MF went to help the workforce there.)

    Hope no.
Anyone that is doing terrible lotro trees is a certified idiot.

I've read they're almost rebuilding them from scratch, because they acknowledged they were such a mess it was incredibly hard to keep working on those given their current state (source: massively and tentonhammer).

Massively and 10ton hammer are saying what they're paid to say.

I'm playing LotRO, the current system is much better than junk that's coming soon.

Right now, you got 7 slots to fill with whatever class traits you want. There are 3 paths for each class, each with 8 traits, and 7 legendary traits with 3 slots to fill. For having 2, 3 or 4 traits of the same color (path) you get extra bonus. 5th unlocks special legendary trait associated with path.

For example, if you're playing a Champion, you can slot 4 red traits (single target DPS line), 2 blues (defensive line) and 1 yellow (AoE DPS line), receiving bonuses for 2 red, 3 red, 4 red and 2 blues. Or you can trait 5 yellows, 2 blues 0 reds, and receive bonuses for 2 blues, 2, 3, 4 yellows and yellow capstone. Or you can do any combination of your choice.

After update, you will have to spend all points into a single tree, otherwise you will be gimped beyond any usefulnes. After maxing a single tree, you will remain with points enough for 1 or 2 traits from other tree. Of course, there is standard 'you must waste half of your points on worthless junk before progressing to good stuff'.

What's even worse, some skills that was always avaible to everyone and got buffed by traits, will now be only avaible in trees, after spending points.

For example, when things were going wrong, Rune-Keeper was always able to switch from DPSing to heaing in middle of combat. Sure, he had low HPS output, but could save team from wipe.

Now, Rune-keeper will be able to swap to healing, but all his good healing skills will be burried deeply into tree, and he will have something comparable to lesser vigor in DDO remaining.
