    Default Support ticket submitted on 19th September.

    Sorry to disturb you, but is there a chance I can get a response for Turbine Customer Support: #24001-513603 please?

    Being unable to to take arti classes whilst using the +20 LHW was bad enough, but losing my inherent ability and skill points after doing a TR to repair the mess the LHW caused is stupid. Especially as the skill tomes were the ones used from buying the Collects Edition of the Shadowfell pack.

    Right there with you ... not arti, but lost tomes, etc.

    Please say you got your issue fixed?

    I didn't support a bug report becuase for it to be a bug then more people would need to suffer the same problem, and everyone I know in game has never heard of this problem. They've heard of EDs messing up during the Lesser
    Resurrections but not the Inherents going.

    I got a response by mail, almost immediately, and I was informed to contact in game support.

    In Game support got back to my very quickly and resolved the issue far greater then I expected.

    I am extremely pleased with how this issue has got resolved, and I thank the persons responsible for the solution whole heartedly.

    I hope the person that made the final decision on how to resolve the issue is in management or a leadership position and leads by example.
