Default Inconsistent AP Costs between Enhancement Lines

I noticed that there are similar enhancements which have different costs across enhancement lines.

Assuming this is not WAI I'd like to compile them in this thread. Please post here if you find more.

    Critical Accuracy Enhancement: Assassin, Tier 3 - 1AP // Kensai, Tier 3 - 2AP
    Critical Damage Enhancement: Assassin, Tier 4 - 1AP // Kensai, Tier 4 - 2AP
Dodge Bonus Enhancement: Ninja Spy, Acrobatic Tier 1 - 1AP // Kensai, Improved Dodge Tier 2 - 2AP (not exactly the same but the Kensai enhancement costs more while giving less)
Agility Enhancement: Ninja Spy, Agility Tier 2 - 1AP // Kensai, Asceti Training Agility - 2AP
    Haste Boost: Kensai, Tier 1 - 1 AP // Tempest & Thief Acrobat, Tier 2 - 2AP
Defense Boots: Stalwart Defender, Tier 1 - 1 AP // Sacred Defender, Tier 2 2AP
Stalwart Defensive Mastery: Stalwart Defender, Tier 1 - 2 AP // Sacred Defender, Tier 1 1AP (named Sacred Armor Mastery)
Reed in the Wind: Kensai Tier 1 - 30 secs cooldown // Shintao Tier 1 - 20 secs cooldown
(plus Kensai Reed is currently bugged: Tier 1 3% Dodge Bouns - Tier 2 0% additional Dodge; Shintao Tier 1&2 give both +3; didnt test Tier )

Will edit when more are posted...

I've noticed that in general, Fighter tree Action Boosts cost 1 AP per level, while the others I've paid attention to cost 2 AP per level.

Specifically, Defense Boost under the Stalwart Defender tree costs 1, while Defense Boost under the Sacred Defender tree costs 2.

This may very well be WAI, though. I kind of figure they maybe wanted to make them more useful for fighters as they don't have as many other button-activated special abilities.

Fighter Haste Boost is 1 AP per rank, while Rangers get it for 2 AP per rank.

But I doubt that this was unintended. It seems like in all of these examples, the classes who are more in-tune with the effect get to purchase it for cheaper. Those who are able to take it but it is not as central to their theme have to pay more for it.

Now we have cross class enhancements in addition to skills. Not all that surprising.

True. Looks like there is a pattern that suggests at least the Boosts are WAI: All Boosts available at Tier 1 cost 1 AP, all Boosts available at Tier 2 cost 2 AP. Idea behind it is prolly that those Tier 1 Boosts are inherent to a prestige line and thus cheaper & earlier to get.
