    Default Non VIP account?

    I have been playing and paying for DDO since opening day and earlier including testing. When I sign in and choose my account it says it is a non VIP account but yet my Turbine account page says I am and current till Dec. I have tried contacting customer service but keep getting a message saying "we are unable to take your call due to circumstances beyond our control"? really? I would like some help but filing a ticket is like filling out my taxes, way too much info needed for a simple question. Any help would be helpful.

    Sorry for the confusion. The "Non-VIP" status on the DDO launcher is just a display issue. It has no effect on your actual VIP subscription.
