Lightbulb Build request(2) / returning player

    Hi,
i would like to request some serious help with my characters, returned to the game after 2 years.
Atm i dont have access to any exp pack(i will get them at the end of the month), i just have +2 tomes and no extra gear (just basics like GS, old raid loot and a few epic stuff).
My first character is a lvl 19 rogue with 1 monk splash for the handwraps, before i stopped the game this build was okay stun-sneak attack-win, easy. He has barbarian and monk pastlives.
I would like to use my +20 lesser heart to make him a bit stronger. I would like to keep the unarmed weapon style, just dont know what class/splash is the best right now (before i stopped 12ftr/monk or something smiliar was the best).

My second build request is a bit harder.
I left him in the middle of a tr, he is not even 20, just lvl 12. Warchanter bard with fighter and rogue splashes.
He has ranger, barbarian, rogue, fighter pastlives. He was a TWF dwarf in ALL life, and i would like to keep this, and make a build around this.
Im up for any working splash and class combination, my only request is just to keep him as a dwarf and use my old GS Dwarven axes.

The bard is first in priority because i want to lvl up him while im waiting for my money and getting the 2 exp pack.

    Thanks!

Are they actually removing the devotion line or are you just speculating?

Thanks for reply, but maybe i was misunderstandable.
I would like to build him a full dps or atleast a better TWF'er.
Im not sure about bard dps, when i played it was okay, but im sure now there is so much better builds.
With more ftr, ranger or monk lvls?
He is just lvl12 so i can play around with the lesser reincarnation.

So, i just need help with a dps TWF build, my only requirement is dwarf and dwarven axe.

    The DS devotion changes:

On Live: 45/30 (total 75) devotion for 5 AP in tier 1, 1 ranger level and 6 AP total including core to unlock

On Lama: 12/8 (total 20) devotion in those same 5 AP, +10 per core

That means a 1-level ranger splash can get 30 devotion from the DS tree. If you take 3 ranger levels you can up that to 40, and 6 ranger levels gets you 50. Any more than that and you're no longer splashing, as ranger would then be your dominant class. (12 ranger levels for the next core.)
