I shall provide a constructive feedback.
1. Weapon selection.
Apart from Warforged, everyone gets extremally weak weapon choices. What's more, people who didn't LRed since U19 don't have a god, and as such, don't have a deitie's favored weapon. Players should be able to choose a weapon, at cost of big (2-4)AP or feat slot expend, if they're not satisfacted with deitiy weapon. Or, since clerics don't need to worship a deity, they should have choice of a single weapon at lvl1.
Everything in this tree, except of guard abilities is awesome. Guard abilities needs to be buffed a little.
Also, I think ameliating strike should provide a bigger heal on criticals- 1d3 for weapons with X2, 1d4 for X3, etc.
3. Core enhancements
Weakest part of tree.
Passives need to provide positive spellpower instead of fire, also there should be 0,5USP per point spent in tree.
Blur needs to go. Its too weak and too common. I'd suggest toglable 20% concealment for warpriest and displacement in spellbook.
Haste seriously needs to stay at lvl12. There is no good reason to get more than 17 levels of class where last benefit is given at lvl17. With haste on gear and as an epic feat, its better to multiclass into something giving extra feats (1/2 ftr, 1/2 monk, 1 wiz) to receive extra feat, so you can fit blinding speed in. If you dont like people multiclassing melee clerics, and want to see them with less splashes, add interesting spell choices to level 9, so there is something worth slotting except mass heal and energy drain.
Capstone is also not interesting. +2 wisdom means player may save 2 at character generation and still cast highest level spells. But with gear its possible without capstone. Granted skill sounds interesting, 10% damage is nice, but not enough to justify losing some feats and offensive capabilities gained by multiclassing.
1. Expand deity weapon list.
2. Buff on beign hit abilities.
3. Add extra heal on crit for amemosomething unpronouncable strike.
4. Replace blur with displacement (even with nerfed version if you must) at level 18.
5. Leave haste alone at level 12 (add some good spells for melee clerics, so there is reason to go past lvl17, but don't try to trick us with haste).
6. Buff capstone.
7. Add positive spellpower.
