Default The Corrupted Cleric: An U19 Morninglord Lord Pale Master build

This build is extremely off the wall; however, it has synergy and survivability at least theoretically. It's a theory build I am going to test out based on the Morninglord Iconic.

Elcry the Darkshadow 20 Morlinglord Iconic 15/2/3 wizard/cleric/rogue.

    Starting stats:

    Str: 8
    dex:16 +4(tome) +8 item + 4(tensors) = 32
    con: 14 +4(tome) + 6 item + 4(tensors) = 28
    Intel: 18 +4(tome) +5 level + 6 item + 6 enhance = 39
    wis: 8
    chr:8

    Feats: 7 normal:
    weapon finesse.
    Twf, itwf, gtwf.
    ic: ppiercing.
    mental ttoughness.
    Insightful reflexes .

    wizard bonus feats:
    extend.
    maximize.
    empower.

    skills: (tight)
    search, disable, spell raft, concentration.

    Explanation of the split:
2 cleric gets you 8 total sp for negative energy and a an additional 2% crit chance for 5 ap
3 rogue for trapping skills and dex to hit and damage with light weapons
15 wizard for all the other reasons.

The main idea is to fight in Vampire form with improved shrouding you heal yourself as you beat on your opponents. If things get really dicey can switch to wraith from for the 35% incorporeal. While you have the intel for strict DC casting mainstay will be acid fogs, walls of fire. While in vampire form would consider charm monster since friends are always nice to have.

With 18 int you start with 6 skills/level, increasing thanks to tomes and level ups.
Take balance and heal, too (heal benefits your negative spell power).

As for feats, you could consider quicken (insightful reflexes only gives you 3 ref or so).

    11 cleric (harm, blade barrier)
7 wizard (firewall/ice storm, acid rain, death aura)
    2 ?

I guess this split would necessitate a melee build? Not sure what the best class for those last two levels would be. 12/8 cleric/wizard? 11/7/2 cleric/wizard/monk? rogue? fighter?

I don't know if any of these ideas are workable. Just the thought of a pale master with harm gets me wishing it could be viable.

Thanks, I didn't list all the skills, and double thanks I didn't know about heal affecting negative spell power. Balance was on the list.

I thought about that as well, but I was thinking caster-based 13 cleric 7 wizard mostly using the dark cleric SLA's and undead stuff. Caster level would be a problem though.

But if you want melee I guess 11 cleric 7 wizard 2 ranger would be an interesting split. Ranger for free two feat and tempest enhancements. Or 2 fighter for 2 feats (twf, itwf) and access to kensei enhancements.

this is the change I am making...trying to trap was to much....I think this will work better. Also dropping to just 1 cleric level...the other isn't needed. Final layout will be 16/3/1

I tried it on Llama, and it's workable, but really really really strange, because it works only because it's almost impossible to kill. Damage output isn't outstanding, but it can stand in the middle of the fight forever. I was going pure caster (which was a mess due to caster level), but adding two monk levels (11/7/2 looks like the best split) would help that tremendously.
