Working As Intended, meaning that the thing is functioning as it's supposed to.

Those aren't really Turbine's fault. Those are more the result of simple differences between various video card models and the different ways the drivers try to optimize for those cards.

    It's "Working??? As If!".

    It's definitely an N-word.

    It's listed under WAI though.
Does that mean the WAI list isn't WAI?

The code is working as intended, the video card is not.

    1) stop spoiling my fun!
    2) It's a bad place to list it then.
    3) Bad performance is intended until Cordovan either accepts, denies or locks this thread for me being an idiot.

Yep. WAI started with the Devs. "WAaaaah I can't get this bug fixed!! I know, we'll just tell the players that's how it's supposed to work. Mwahahaha!"
All that is wrong with DDO, life, taxes, poltics, religion, music, fast food, education, the criminal justice system, the weather, society, the universe, and previously-discontinued-but-now-on-their-way-back snack cakes, is all the fault of Wizards of the Coast. I know this because Fred told me so, and Mind Flayers are smart.
