I'm not sure why you want TWF and S&B, particularly since (A) you didn't take the THF feats, which will reduce your S&B DPS and (B) you don't get the doublestrike bonus from Zeal or Kensei capstone, which reduces it further. I guess I just don't see the point in being a subpar off-tank, unless you just want a turtling option sometimes?

That said, I don't see any obvious mistakes in your build. What's your second ED feat? Or is that going to be Toughness? And I would take GWS instead of Power Crit.

I just want the S&B thing for pretty much that. When needed, I'll just turtle up. Plus from playing a S&B build before I never exactly stood still, and as far as I know that meant my glancing blows weren't proccing at all. The TWF setup is simply because I wanted to have some much higher single target dps when fighting enemies such as Lolth or TO. The S&B also ends up (because I don't have stunning blow, as I'm currently ripping my hair out at the cooldown and the need for the upkeep on it) being more of a level draining/hamstringing (tendon slice 10% ring, which I might throw in there) whirling death tank design. Also as far as being a subpar offtank, it's not like I want a character so heavily specced into just tanking that I'm not contributing as much during just normal questing.

Also, the inclusion of the Druid Doublestrike boost and the top tier Block and Cut ability granting a near constant 12.5% doublestrike (25% for 10 seconds, 20 second cooldown) means I was actually gaining a lot of doublestrike overall (I understand the new capstone is 15%).

And thank you for reminding me about GWS. And as far as the second destiny feat, that I honestly just kinda derped out on. I'll just drop power critical completely, and when the time comes to get the lvl 28 feat I'll just look through what I have. I honestly might take the positive spellpower so I don't have to invest in the heal skill to make my cocoon more effective. What would you suggest?

Just so you know the doublestrike action boost shares a cooldown with haste boost I use it very seldom on my melee druid and Fatal Harrier is difficult to keep up without manyshot.

IMO the Druid splash is a waste.

True but it does stack w/human Dmg boost and with so many action boosts he can just keep alternating between Haste & Doublestrike and (almost) never worry about running out.

However, I just noticed OP didn't take Vengeful Hunter; I would drop Hide of the Crocodile for that.

Vengeful hunter, vengeful hunter.....*looks it up fast*....ah yes the crit damage bonus. That's a good option as an alternative, I'm not going to lie. I just liked the idea of taking 60% less damage for a few seconds on something that doesn't share a timer with Thick Skinned. Granted yes it's just physical damage but against 4 Shadar-Kai it would be an interesting ability to test out. OBVIOUSLY it's whether you want more dps or more situational defensive boosts. Thanks for the heads up though, I again derped on that one.

Also yes, I've grown to love action boosts on just about every character I have. My rogue currently has 55 different ones (Human Damage, Haste, Skill, Attack, and Dread Damage) simply to keep Combat Brute going near constantly (stun rogue/monk). While yes it does share a cooldown, it is technically just like adding another 11 haste boosts. The actual dps increase might not be the same, but the overall effect will be: I'll just keep going, and going, and going, and going.... Plus all of it stacks with Fatal Harrier. In fact the only reason I would take Blinding Speed is for the strider bonus and I am 100% open to taking any other feat in it's place.

Yes, 1 cleric for Divine Might. If I end up with enough action points somehow I can also get 75% scroll mastery from it as well. Costs like 7ap, I think. Also allows me to take Empower Heal (but so does the Druid on this particular build) which lets me make Cocoon just a bit more powerful. I've got devotion 114 slotted on Nightmare and I nearly stopped using heal scrolls because of it. Every 30 seconds, even in CITW against Lolth I get the 12sp back from echoes to just keep using it. SO smexy.

Fatal Harrier becomes easier to keep up when you're blitzing. The synergy is just so smexy. Just run in, throw Cocoon up pre-emptively and start cleaving to your hearts content. Displace yourself too, that's always nice. One kill, +25% damage and 5% more attack speed and just keep cleaving. Yes I know Fatal Harrier is now 8 seconds versus the 15 seconds it used to be, but it's still a fun ability to have. It's like Master's Blitz at all levels!!!!

    Drop the shield bash feat.
If you are going snb just to turtle up on occasion, its pretty useless.
Also i would think rogue 3 splash would do you far more good since you gain bonuses to sneak attack and evasion(if you are using light armors). ALso rogue 3 will let you unlock the tree feat that allows you to use dex instead of str for dagger damage. Mix that with Agony (that lovely lil CITW knife with Disintegration) and a high amount of DEX and you are set, Dex also willimprove your armor if you are using light armor since those are ones that can provide the most AC, provided you can get your dex hig enough.

I will turtle up on occasion, but other times it's simply easier in a mob to whip out a shield and cleave with Nightmare.

That being said, a Nightmare/EE First Blood combo is far more powerful than Agony. Especially with the Strength breakdown I posted. You're never going to come anywhere near that much dex regardless of the race without gimping your build.

Don't do it until her *ahem* "guinea pig" has sufficiently vetted the build.

    Oh yes, I noticed.

:P You'll be happy to know I helped someone design a good self sufficient build that could solo a lot and do EE's fine.

11 Ranger, 8 Fighter, 1 monk. Earth stance 2, tempest setup, centered with Khopeshes.

Also I wondered about a build earlier today.

9 Druid, 8 Fighter, 3 Monk Wolf Form Wind stance build. Go human because nothing else has enough feats.

TWF, ITWF, GTWF, Power Attack, Cleave, Great Cleave, Natural Fightingx3, Bastard Sword prof, IC:Bludgeon, Adept of Forms, Master of Forms, Grandmaster of Forms, Overwhelming Critical, Perfect TWF, and I think that leaves 1 normal feat, 2 epic feats, and 1 destiny feat.

Hehehe Good boy! I would have been disappointed had you not noticed. Now get back in that hamster wheel!

I like the sounds of the first one. Lol I was considering the exact same split actually.

The second seems interesting, but why Bastard Sword, and Improved Crit: Bludgeon? Does Nightmare have Keen on it? Hell, even if it does, why Bastard swords? Looks more like an unarmed build.

Yes I have a friend running a 11 Ranger / 8 Fighter / 1 Monk split. Appears to be fun!

All of my builds are grossly out of date. Just roll a human or drow mechanic / assassin rogue thing.
