Default Voice & XP Shrine Calculation problem

Hi. I'm having trouble figuring out how the game is calculating my bonus XP. The example is a ransacked Litany of the Dead hard run. My calculations and the games calculations are the same for the first part:

    Base 9100
    Ransack (-80%) = 1820
    Devious (7%) +637
    Flawless (10%) +910
    Persistence (10%) +910
    Learning Tome (20%) +1820

    Total XP = 6097

I am wearing a Gift of the Master augment (5%) and used a 5% experience shrine. By my calculations:

    Voice (5%) +455
    Shrine (5%) +455

For a total of 910 bonus xp, 7007 total xp.

The game is rewarding 609 bonus xp, 6706 total xp.

I can't figure out what i should be calculating the 5% values from. I was under the impression it was from the quest's base XP. It isn't coming from a -80% ransacked value because that would only be 182xp. Can anyone tell me what i'm not understanding here?

    Thanks
