    I as well.

    Been playing all afternoon. No problems. Kill the client to clear the memory leak and now I'm stuck on the installing prereqs page on the launcher.

    I've tried it couple times, same result.

    Guess I'll try a computer restart and see if that helps, but really doubt it.

    Same here. Logged of for a late lunch (1500) tried to log back on at 1730 and was greeted with "installing pre-reqs" . So far no info from Turbine.

    I do believe that every time ddo goes down they should give every char a level or 1000 tp , lets see how quick they will be out of pocket or how quick they do the fix as ddo store will run out of points. As a VIP player with 3 accounts they never give a reward for lost time.Still no one has located the Screw Driver for the hot fix
