    Default Time bandid - Ranger/Barbarian/Druid

    Chaotic Neutral

    11 Ranger, 7 Barbarian, 2 Druid

    Tempest/Ravager/Herald

Build is about speeding it's self up while slowing others down.
    Intimidate and fear.

Still open for suggestion on race.

I could go scimitars and dex all the way with this build probably but not so sure about it.

One, two! One, two! and through and through. The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head. He went galumphing back.

Setting aside the forthcoming nerf to Beguile, I'm curious why rgr 11 / barb 7 instead of rgr 12 / barb 6. Rgr 12 gets you +10% offhand proc, +1d6 SA, and/or Aligned arrows (depending on which trees you invest in); what does barb 7 get that beats that?

I did not infest enough time into this build to be able to answer those questions and the ddowiki isn't up to date, so a miss like that is easily made.
These comments are exactly what I'm looking for as I might be going for something that can't be achieved.

(Updated the post with feats that I plan to take)

If anything, I'm more confused now than by your original post. Why so much WIS? Why go DEX-based on a barb multiclass? And I still don't know why you gave up rgr 12 / +10% offhand proc from Tempest II.

    You're right, a better choice is 12/6/2.

Dex is there as graceful death makes str obsolete as far as fighting goes, I plan to use scimitars and invest a feat into finesse.

Whoa, I like DEX builds too, but let's not get carried away here!

First off, there are still more ways of buffing STR than DEX, inc. Ram's Might and barb Rage, both of which this build will have. Second, khopeshes still beat scimitars or rapiers (your best options for DEX melee) for TWF when all else is equal. [Things get more interesting if you're talking about rogue Assassins with Knife Specialization for the +1 crit multiplier...but this isn't one of those builds.] Third, Overwhelming Crit req's base STR 23; while its value is slightly overstated, IMHO, there's no comparable DPS feat for DEX-based Tempests to take. [Again, a DEX rogue could pick up Imp Sneak Atk instead for +3D6 SA, but this isn't that build.] And fourth, unless you're an elf, there's no way to add DEX to bow dmg (AFAIK); Manyshot+IPS is an important tool in every rgr's arsenal.

P.S. Once you have Tempest + Graceful Death, you automatically apply DEX to atk & dmg w/scimitars w/out Finesse.

Great, that safes me a feat then. Scimitars are there as it's the weapon a druid can use without breaking the oath.
Two levels of druid for either wolf form (faster attacks) or bear form (more con and prr). Can't decide on the two.

Barbarian is there for imposing fear.

Indeed, eventually I was hoping to get overwhelming critical but with 23 str as a pre I can put that one back in the closet untill I come up with a solution.
(+5 tome instead of +4 and one point from level ups and an epic feat maybe as I would start at 16 str without giving up to much of the other stats.)

With the nice stat-gear in epic content I have less concern with what stat-plus from level ups goes where anymore.

The 19.1 patch said it fixed beguile but the tooltip still says the same thing...has anyone figured out the change? (aside from bosses being immune)
