    Default HOTFIX - Reconstruct / Repair Spells please.

    Before the Enhancements I critted 800+ HP Reconstructs..
    Now I crit 200ish HP...

    I have the WF repair enhancements - 20 procent
    My repair skill - 36+
    Anything enhancement wise I missed?

    My build has 11 full wiz levels.

    & BTW; Fix Cloak of Night also and change it so that it Amp's negative spells.
    Now it's not very logical to use.

    Seems to me like you screwed something up with enhancements.

    This sounds weird to me. All my repair casters are repairing for more, not less, than before. I think we'll have to hear what gear/enhancements you have to try and work out what's happening.

    My repairs are hitting me for more as well, but I did not have max repair spell power before, and I do not have it now. Perhaps there's something different between the max possible achieved. I don't know.

    This is a good point. I hadn't gone for max repair before, either, and definitely not max crit on it.

    Ok my build:

    11 Wiz / 7 Monk / 2 Fighter / 5 Epic (WF) Handwrap Build.
    My repair Skill is - 36

    Example if I use a 96+ reconstruction item I crit - 355.

    I have lesser'ed just to get the repair skill, I have the repair enhancements, and it doesn't work well anymore.
    Maybe it's because I am just 11 Wiz... total but before the enhancements I critted 800+'s easily.

    I have my enhancements,
    Repair Skill,
    Reconstruct gear if needed,

    So what's the problem here?

    I quess maybe I should check archmagi enhancements if there is something I missed repair spell wise?

    Crit multiplier has gone down if you had taken crit multi enhancements and had lore gear. On the other hand, you should crit more often now.

    So comparing crit to crit will be somewhat misleading. If your normal repair hits have gone down, though, something fishy is going on.

    Hmmm it sure feels fishy maybe i need more repair enhancements

    You miss the Repair Enhancements.
    I have the same problem with my Hybrid 13lvl sorc/ 5monk / 2pal, my casting abilitys where near a ~18lvl sorc before now they are somewhere under a lvl6 sorc. >_<
    Which total screws my build because it was built for true hybrid playstyle.


    With 11 lvl wiz you were able to take 6 times the Repair Enhancement for a total of 70 Spellpower (could have been more) and you where able to take the Crit and Crit max enhancements 3 times i think.
    In the new system your spellpower is calculated by how much points you have put into the Enhancement Trees and only the Casting Trees give Spellpower.

    Which makes Hybrids almost worthless.

    Well, I slotted a recon 78 on my handwraps now,
    it's better now nearing 370 hp heals...

    which I can live with..
    These kind of hybrids can take a bit of messing around to fix em..

    I recommend you twist fast healing, maybe pick up a epic ring of MA...
    healing spring...

    then ur a good way on your way to how it was before.


    With a bit of work I can prolly hit 400+ reconstructs which.. ah well.. its enough to survive...

    And if that doesn't work for you well enough;
    consider going wizard negative build..
    aura heals for 50 or way more hp per 2 seconds and keep that for 2 min...

    it is viable if your properly set up...
    and cost effective,
    also heal 1 hp per hit with it... boon of undeath..

    thanks for the hints but it simple doesnt work out for me.
    My build was made for using Acid Rain (maxed, emp) while fighting in it and throwing repair spells now and then.
    Spellpower was already a problem because in epic it was roughly enough for epic hard but now it just doesnt cut it.
    I would have to invest so much points into Sorc tree without getting enough back for the investment.
    Also Spellpoints where tight, given not really a problem because i have more money then i can spend but its a principle for me to create my chars so that i can run quests without quaffing dozens of pots.

    PM is not a option for that build.
    1) i could not LR into wizard without buying Hearts
    2) it was focused on having high charisma to also get huge boni from Palading for saves.

    As it looks now, i will TR it into some kind of Monk, maybe ill run it as 13wiz/5mnk/2fighter or something like that.
    But then again i already have 2 monk builds, so dunno maybe i just let it gather dust
