I cannot redo all of my characters. I don't have enough information (or patience) with regard to how my already selected feats affect my selection of enhancements. The old one used to tell you if you had to take a specific feat to get a specific enhancement. Now, I don't know. I get to play, like, an hour or two at a shot. Now, I can't play at all because all of my characters are hosed and I'm too maladroit to redo them. Almost every prestige I took is no longer available, so, it's not like I'm just repicking stuff I already had. I don't understand if the enhancements available are based upon feats already selected or if feats don't count anymore towards enhancements or what. I don't understand the descriptions of some of the enhancements and there is no way to find out.
For example, on my wizard the simple weapon proficiency feat is greyed out. What does that mean? Can I still use my quarter staves? Do I have to redo my who character and retake all of my feats? I don't know; because there is no guidance whatsoever. Are the enhancements based on feats already taken? Do feats have nothing to do with enhancements? (Maybe I'm wrong and they never did!)
I signed up for a year of VIP. When I ask for help in-game, most people just say "don't play anymore." So, how do I go about getting a refund for the remainder (like, 11 month's worth) of my yearly VIP?
Alternatively, is there any authoritative guidance available anywhere? DDOwiki anyone can put anything in there, so, there's no guarantee the information is correct and it's not really updated for the new stuff anyway. The update notes doen't really explain or anwer my questions. I don't have time to page through thousands upon thousands of posts looking for one nugget of truth.
