Default A host of new epic spells?

In the release notes, under the heading "Level cap increase to 28" it says:

Raise your character to new heights of power with a host of new epic spells and feats.

I've seen the feats, but where are these spells and how how did I miss them!?
I would still like to see... Something that tests character versatility and player adaptability rather than character focus strength and quest knowledge.
I play the quests for the content of the quests not just as an XP/min merry-go-round.
Actual play experience is worth infinitely more than theorycrafting...

The new epic spells are Hell Ball, Ruin, Mass Frog and Escape. You need to complete appropriate ED spheres to see them at levels 26 and 28.

    Ah that explains it, thanx!

Next question: Is "Mass Frog" a typo or what?

Nope, turns a group of enemies into a group of frogs.

Anyone know if the mass frog is guaranteed to turn mobs into frog when cast.
Or it need a save, cause I feel the dc is too low compared with normal spells. (20+wis mod, Normal spell is about 45+ endgame)
