After only a quick look I'd personally dump cha down to 6 and throw those points into con and wisdom, as for enhancements DDOchargen.com hasn't updated with the new ones and wont ever so you're going to have to redo those.

    http://www.rjcyberware.com/DDO/

That's the only character planner I know of with the new enhancements and unfortunately is Windows only.

You may wanna fully check out the new enhancements.
As for the build, I guess my question is, if you want to
be a stunning master... why not just pure monk?
Quivering Palm is scalable with sundering equipment now.
Kukan-Do is best stun in game, it's will save and it's range
is extremely far. With Kukan-Do and Stunning blow I don't think
you will ever need MORE stuns.
The cooldown for both are short enough you will never be out of stun
power. Besides pure monk is pretty strong. It didn't get quite as fat
as most other classes did from the enhancement pass, but it's still
    better off than it was.

Pure Monk also gets you Shining Star, another will save CC effect.
It's monk level + charisma mod though. 10 base cha might not be
enough for ee content. I haven't had a pure monk since druid came
out so I am not on top of everything for monk anymore.

If you were sold on Dwarf, that's fine. It's a good race for DCs.
Solid HP also. I usually just used Wind stance w.o much issue for DC.
Grave Wraps are likely still your goto. They are simply amazing. Temp HP,
Level drain, Improved Destruction, 2d6 entropic. The Dmg isn't top notch,
but for CC it's either those or farm your ass off and hope you pull the spirits
you need from LoB. My monk still has yet to get a t3 Water...

Get 13 dex with your +4 tome for your TWF line.
16 str con wis base is a good start. Play with your points a bit to get it
worked out. I would try to get the 23 base wis for Vorpal Strikes. It's pretty
    pwn.

I guess I don't see what you are really gaining from the 6 ftr, if you don't want to
go pure monk, 2 ftr still gets you your 3 boosts and +3 DCs.

Check out the new enhancements before you decide on your build. There is so much
going on now, it's a bit overwhelming. The amount of options for builds is astonishing!

    Good luck and Happy hunting,
    Alimai

As I'm a big advocate of a 4 level splash nowadays, I'll point out the differences between a 16/2/2 and a pure.

Most of the stuff from pure monk means very little to me these days. Qualifying for empower heal (rejuv cucoon) alone is a good enough reason to splash. Once you give up 20, there's very little lost between 19 and 16monk levels.

    eg. 16/2fighter/2druid
    - 2 more feats (though only 1 if you still pick grandmaster of forms)
    - can select empower heal
    - rams might
    - vengeful hunter.
    - ability to take full ranks in heal skill.

    Pure
    +5% movement speed
    +.5[w]
Empty body (ki activated shadow walk)
    Shining Star
    Free Grandmaster feat
    Free featherfalling
    +3 ac bonus
    Perfect self - 10 dr / epic.

The devs being too scared to let pure builds have multiple capstone pretty much sealed the fate on pure builds. Splashing now is better than it's ever been.
