    Default In-Game ddo Store not sending conformation Emails

    Hope I’m posting in the correct forum Here

    I have not received any emails for in game Store Purchases since the 9th Aug 2013. I have checked that My Account has the correct email address stored

    I'd also PM Cordovan about it. My first thought was your account had the wrong email, but I just checked my email.

    I haven't been getting any confirmations either. I should have had 3 from the last 4 days.

    I cant even purcase points anymore, and am not recieving mails either.

    I received all the missing In-Game Store emails this morning 20/09/13 @ about 1am BST

    Sorry for the delays on the confirmation emails. Account Support has heard a few reports of this but the emails appear to be delivering properly now.
