I noticed when I logged in on 11-Aug-13 my FPS was only around 20 and there is a lot of video stuttering. Prior to that date I didn't really pay attention to FPS since it was always smooth but I do recall getting high 100's to 200 FPS. Running Afterburner I see my GPU only runs about an average of 20%. FPS doesn't change much whether my graphics settings are Low or Ultra, the GPU runs about 20% with Low and 35%'ish for ultra. From Windows resource monitor it looks like my CPU is running about 50%.
I also play L4D2 and it still runs smoothly using 100% GPU.
Mining Litecoin uses 100% GPU and is comparable to other people using 7970 video cards. (I don't mine while playing games)
Only DDO started running slow, I wonder if there is a way to let DDO know it's ok to use more GPU? Is there something about Aug 11th that was changed on DDO's side?
It's tough to play now since the game stands still a second anytime I switch gear or cast etc...
Asus Maximus VI hero motherboard

I tried uninstalling, re-downloading and installing on a different SSD. Updating video / Motherboard drivers. Tried using DX9, 10 and 11. Not sure what to try next....
