    Default Reactivating account

    My ddo account ran out last night, today I got a new card and entered the information to renew my account. i only chose a 1 month plan because of low funds. all the information in my account is good but when i go to purchase the plan it comes back saying "•Failed to Resume Purchase". my billing address is right and so is the card information but it does not work. im using the same prepaid visa cards i always use but this time its not working...

    any help would be most helpful.
