    Angel of Babylon -Avantasia
    The Scarecrow - Avantasia

I don't mean to come across as unsympathetic - but I am, so I do.

    Default Conan

I like the original Conan the Barbarian sound track the best.

However, in another thread a player turned me on the new Clash of the Titans soundtrack and I'm enjoying that very much.

One of my other favorites is the Mortal Kombat Annilation soundtrack.

    Edit ~ still can't spell anihilation : ))

    Audiobooks.

This game is so easy I can easily focus on readed text while zerging and roflstoping content.

Same here. I'm a YA lit fanatic (it's what I write, too!) so I always have plenty of that on hand. But lately, I've been going through George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire, which is an awesome series, even if each book runs like 30-40 hours long.

I had totally forgot about this soundtrack, works well with my warrior classes. For my rogue type classes though cant go wrong with the bladerunner soundtrack

On a nice slow solo crawl, being all sneaky and slow it is very atmospheric.

Usually it's my friends talking. I run DDo with a small group of people who have been playing together for years and become actual friends (I still talk to one whose real life snatched him away from the game!) and ddo is social time.

But sometimes...people are busy, and I pop on some music and either pug or hit a slayer area and go wild.

I have a giant folder of mps with everything from Disney music to Alice Cooper that is on a lot
Sometimes the ICP records come out, they appeal to the Halloween loving inner turtle.
The Miracle of Sound mp3's I bought on ITunes. I love his stuff, and it's great to game to gaming inspired music.
Aqua, or random Asian music I've stumbled into with catch beats like that. It's funny how much fun it is to go on a mass mob killing spree to upbeat music.

In group: party-chat. Even if I don't have a mic currently, it's better to hear what's going on then to be "that guy".

Soloing: My bloated MP3 library, and usually...

The Cure: Disintegration, Boys Don't Cry
    Queen: Live Magic
    David Bowie: Diamond Dogs
    Placebo: Meds, Black Market Music
    Catherine Wheel: The Fishbox Collective
    Siouxsie Sioux: Tinderbox, Superstition
    Against Me!: New Wave
    Black Rebel Motorcycle Club: Howl
Amanda Palmer: Who Killed Amanda Palmer, Theatre is Evil

The list goes on and on cause I have a serious music collection issue that one day probably ought to be addressed by a professional.

I listen mostly to podacsts. Mash-ups, Hip-Hop, Electronic. Most probably have never heard of these guys:

    DJ Scene
    Tiesto
    Rocket Scientists
    Jay Dabhi
    Jump Smokers

But really it can be anything from 80's to Old School Hip-Hop, everything but country and jazz..while I listen to them sometimes, they tend not to mesh well with DDO.

In a group: ears are on, background in-game music set very low.

Soloing: Dire Straits, BTO, The Clash and The Cure boxsets
