    Default Problems adding new subscription to account. Please help

    Hello, I recently wanted to try and play DDO for the first time, I downloaded the client to find I needed to activate a new subscription to my LOTRO account for DDO, and so I go and try to do this, but I need a key for F2P from Turbine to activate it, That is the stupidest system ever, but oh well, I want to play today for the weekend, so I buy the 2 month game accesss key since I dont want to wait 3-5 days for Turbine to send me it, I try and activate the key on my account and all I get is a Red error box, with a red bullet point but no message for an error. Ive tried different browsers, the code is copied and pasted from turbines text itself, there is no user side error for this. Does anyone know of any fix for this, or do I really have to rely on snail mail from Turbine?

    The only thing I can think of is to phone Account Management. There is an old Sticky in this section that talks about what you want to do.
