    Default Epic Restless Isles!!!! New Heroic Quests

    There is a lot of good loot in Restless Isles. Partial list of some of the loot at the bottom of this post.
    Lost and Forgotten Isles should be the name of the pack... I would like to see a overhaul done to this
    content to make it where people actually wants to run this content. This thread will probably be overlooked
    by devs being that this is old heroic content and looks like the new fad in ddo is out with the old and into the new.

    > 4-6 new quests lvl 10-12 heroic along with a new flagging system along with better base xp for existing quests
    > Epic version and heroic version explorer area. Reinvent the whole explorer area as it most people avoid the content because the map is horrible and they get lost easily
    > The Twilight Forge I'm not saying to dumb it down but as done with Tor make it a little more user friendly
    > Epic versions min lvl 28 Raid gear min lvl 26-27 quest gear
    > New Weapons in connection with story arc
    > Lvl 28 Raid and Pre-Raid Lvl 26-27 quests

    Just a couple ideas yes its a lot of work but slap a new price tag on the pack and I would bet my account it would be profitable

    Slavers of the Shrieking Mines

    Ring of the Ancestors - Ring: Raise Dead, Required Alignment: Good (No UMD DC) (Lord Ythrixid)

    The Twilight Forge

    Helm of Freewill - Helm: Immunity to Fear, Spell Resistance (22), Green Augment Slot, Colorless Augment Slot (Underwater chest)
    Signet of Caustic Persuasion - Ring: Melf's Acid Arrow 3/3 day, Yellow Augment Slot, Green Augment Slot, Corrosion +66 (Entrance area, locked chest)

    The Titan Awakes

    Seven Fingered Gloves - Gloves: Use Magical Device +5, -10% ASF, Open Lock +11, Disable Device +11, ML:9
    Chattering Ring - Ring: Spot +13, Dodge Bonus 3%, Move Silently -10, ML:9
    Gyroscopic Boots of Striding - Boots: Striding +30%, Balance +10, ML:9
    Belt of Brute Strength - Belt: Strength +6, Greater False Life, ML:9

    >Ghola Fan & Slavers - Rework Mobs {add 2nd Beholder to Slavers} - Leave Maps essentially the same! - Move to Lvl 13!
    >Twilight Forge/Titan Awakes - Move to Lvl 14 Base & Add Epic Version with Upgraded Loot!
    >3 New Epic Quests - Lvl 26, 1 New Epic Raid - Lvl 27!

    Now for the Slayer Zone - For those of you who STILL think this is hard - Two Words - TURN LEFT!
    KEEP Turning Left and you CANNOT Go wrong!
    You will cover the ENTIRE Map!
    There are 280+ Mobs in this map - It is one of the better slayer zones in the game on a kills/instance basis!

    I would be happy if the Devs reduced the frankly INSANE Lock DCs in this Zone {48-50 required! In a Lvl 10 Explorer Zone!}.
    However I would be EXTREMELY UNHAPPY if they made this into another Red Fens or Ataraxia or High Road!

    I would be DISMAYED if they turned it into another Cannith Manufactory!


    The Restless Isles Explorer Zone is a quest in it's own right - And frankly a very good one!
    Add more islands - Yes
    Fix the Mini Map - Definite Yes!
    But don't destroy one of the best zones in DDO!

    i know 4-6 is a lot but considering that they are calling this new update a expansion and increasing the lvl cap and only offering very few quests in comparison to other mmo expansions and no new raids to speak of we need more end game
    content this one just one idea on how to attain that

    To be honest, it's not the loot that keeps me from wanting to run Restless Isles. The quests are kinda boring. Bring me the head is just a long beatdown quest with very little going on other than mobs in hallways. And Secrets is just a twisty hall version of practically the same thing, with some beholders for spice. Add the inconvenient explorer area to get to them...and it's just not a lot of fun. The raid is actually kind fun, which makes it such a shame that the rest of it isn't.
