From release notes:
" Enhancements: Spell Critical Enhancements for chance and damage multipliers should be both displaying the correct text and functioning correctly for all classes."
My preliminary testing using Magic Missile, Force Missiles and Meteor Swarm indicates that item effects increasing chance for spell criticals are now working fairly close to as described (around 10% using Twilight). However, the total frequency seems to be too low when adding character enhancement modifiers. Further, when using a character with Kinetic Spellcasting VI (9% chance for crirtical as per description) and Deadly Kinetics VI (+125% crit. multiplier) but no arcane lore item I did not notice a single critical hit during more than 100 castings of magical missile (ie more than 500 individual missiles).
My assumption/theory is that item effects have been fixed, but enhancements are fixed in description only. Critical multipliers also seem a lot closer to what would be expected taking only item effects into consideration. Further testing is encouraged.
I would also like to add that, if confirmed, this is an issue I consider should be hotfixed.
