    Default No subscription for DDO found

    I am getting this message when I try to log in!

    Not sure what this means, but help would be great!!

    This message is displayed when the user name entered has a subscription with another Turbine game (Asheron's Call, Lord of the Rings Online) but not DDO. In almost all cases, this error message means that you may have accidentally misspelled your user name slightly when entering it into the user name field.

    Make sure that you are entering your proper user name and password. If you feel like it's worthwhile to check in another location, try logging into myaccount.turbine.com and see if that lets you in. If it does, but you still get an error when trying to log in to the launcher, get in touch with Account Support, either by phone or email through support.turbine.com.
