    Default Cannot log in, account seems to be gone.

    Hello, my account seems to have disappeared, when I try to log in, I get the message "No subscription for DDO found". I tried changing my password to see if that would help, and got the password change confirmation mail, but the account seems to be gone now.

    I would call Turbine Customer Support and see if they can help recover your account. Are you sure it was spelled exactly the same way? A tiny difference, such as whether or not there was an accented letter in it makes all the difference.

    Yes, I have played the game for over 5 years, and not changed it recently. When I use my usual login details, I am getting the message "No DDO subscription found", when I type it in incorrectly, it tells me there is a mistake.
