I seem to beat down sobrien a lot faster with that set up than any others.
Plus I like the anvil of thunder I do find that it does stun quite a bit, i have to have a axe or hammer in the main hand though my citw warhammer would be nice it does lose me headmans chop.

you could hit a monster with a wet paper town and still be just tearing it limb from limb. In the land where everyone can force a helpless state, SA dmg is king. Especially once you start mixing in tier 5 of ld and or sense weakness.
Main thing for forcing those bursts of SA dmg is bluff, as well as an item with improved deception on it. Maybe the blind proc as well from a weapon. And since its available in multiple spots, stunning 10 and a twist goes a long way for reliabley stunning monsters with stunning blow now.
Mix those in with haste and class haste or even the ld haste, and you have a small window of forced SA where thousands of hp explode from a monsters chest.
Also helf is nice. It gives regular bluff and then a racial bluff both on separate timers.
Through avarice, evil smiles; through insanity, it sings.
I don't think anyone's mentioned this yet, but get improved deception. Get it as soon as possible. It is awesome for a rogue, especially one that soloes.
Earliest place to get it on non-weapon gear is ring of lies from reaver's fate, I believe. Has to be upgraded with a seal of the stormreaver to get improved deception, though.
Why's it so good? When it procs, you're able to sneak attack red names while holding their aggro. Also, they'll turn around, possibly costing them a spell or missing with an attack directed at you. That's why.
