I think the 20 LR is a direct and welcome response to player concerns about their investments in characters being nullified by changes in the pass. Bravo, well done.
Maybe in the future establish a policy of always thinking about this sort of thing when dramatic changes are afoot. a couple months ago announcing pass preview and at the same time "a full respec to let you adapt your characters to the changes" would it seems likely have resulted in lower player attrition... maybe less people running off to test NWO, maybe more of them coming back. IMO the Pass preview appears to have helped scare people away, same with the Epic TR announcement.
It's also obvious and commendable that you have listened to the communities concerns over the Cleric PrE's thanks for that, putting Warpriest on a front burner for after the Expansion pack, and doing a nice job with Divine Disciple (this is a good PrE, my FvS is totally jealous) recognizing that no one liked (much of) Protector.
There are still things the community soundly wants that appear to not be on the table, that many of us hope you consider. Many on the Lam forum hate "AP spent in tree" as an arbitrary prerequisite. This coupled with needing to stuff old "generic class enhancements" into the PrE trees (so that there's something to spend points on to meet the AP spent in tree requirement) are it's fair to say soundly disliked restrictions that only serve to pigeonhole. Please consider using old style (live) pre-requisits (the equivalent to red arrows in the pass) instead of gating via total investment. Better yet instead of Arrows where you need pre-requisits simply increase the AP costs of that enhancement.
Also please consider that an unfun, very limited use enhancement is a failed enhancement, not an opportunity to make someone pay more for a good enhancement. Simply RAISE THE COST of something that is considered too good or too popular. Wand DC heightening to get Scroll mastery is the favored example of this.
If you want people to use Wand DC heightening make it add 3/4/6 to the caster level of the item and make it work on Potions and Scrolls... Guarantee you people will take that enhancement. Add a "Loremaster" enhancement too... 3/4/6 to the caster level of items with clickies (staking with Arti class abilities). Boom two popular enhancements instead of 1 (nearly) universally unwanted enhancement.
(BTW change Iron stomach back to raising caster level please?... and boost it's tiers to 3/4/6 it was fun but in need of a boost before: now it's kinda lame)
