    Default BOKUE Error

    I am sorry if this is posted in a wrong forum, but I am having a problem whenever I try to add turbine points with mobile phone. Every time I try to add points, it opens up a window with the amount of points and money cost for it, but when I click on a nuber I want a small window pops up with BOKU Error " An error occured with a paymant gateway". Please help me.
    If it helps , I am from Serbia.

    May I suggest you will get a better response if you post your problem in the Account Management forum? This forum mostly deals with issues related to running DDO on a windows PC.

    Also, you can open a support ticket for Account Support at http://support.turbine,com and they will reply with an answer.

    Your problem may not be technical as much as business and purchase related. Account Support would probably be the best place to proceed.
