With so many levels of Monk, your spells that require a Spell Pen check and for your target to fail the saving throw are going to be virtually worthless, especially with a dumped Int score. And since you've chosen Warforged (good call IMHO), you don't need the self-healing aspect of Pale Master. I'd swap out Mental Toughness for Quicken, personally.

I understand that you want to have a good Stunning Fist DC, but spending 2-for-1 points to take Wisdom from 12 to 14 doesn't sound like a good investment. Especially with leaving Int at 8 - yes, you can get your Int high enough with tomes and gear to be able to cast level 6 spells, but if it were me I'd start my Int at 12 instead.

Have you considered Wiz12/Monk7/Art1? The ability to get UMD, traps, and a personal lever-pulling-slave sounds tempting to me, versus an extra +1 damage with fists. Of course, this would be more effective if you got your Int higher...

In case you were wondering, I ran a WF 11Wiz/9Monk back in the day, and I was very quick to TR him back to a 12 Wiz/6 Ranger/2 Rog as soon as he got to level 20.

The idea with the Pale Master was to use the Shroud of the Wrath for the 25% incorpreal that's why I took mental toughness early on. Do you think this build would work better with a different race?

I took what you said into consideration and came up with this, does this look better?

Ninja provides Shadow Fade for the exact same 25% Incorporeality which wraith provides; and without the vulnerability to light dmg or immunity to repair / reconstruct. Granted, you have to keep spamming Shadow Fade every minute, but at least it's free.

    ...
WF is the master race for a deeply splashed caster, IMHO. Reconstruct > PM on a 12 Wiz...

Look better? Yes, but I need to qualify my response by pointing out that "better" is a comparative term... I don't recommend you run the build like this. Again, with only 12 levels of wizard, your undead forms are costing you far more than you are getting from them. Just off the top of my head, I'd say you are using 3 feats to get inferior healing and increased vulnerability.

Unbongwah makes a good point too - your primary benefit from Wraith will be redundant with the superior (IMHO) ninja fade.
