    Default Unable to upgrade from Free to VIP

    Like the title says I log into my account follow the directions and the only option I get is to add a game card. No option for re-occurring subscription. Is there something else I need to do?

    I have the same problem trying to upgrade from Premium to VIP. Entered my CC details but still only get the option to add a game time card.

    It's getting better:

    So I sat down and wrote a ticket to get manual VIP time. Got an automatic reply telling me to give additional information, which I did. The result:

    This is the mail system at host mx-02.ngi-net.de.

    I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

    For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

    If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.

    Resent the message with another mail account and support manually set my sub up within hours. So... all happy here.

    In checking out myaccount, I am able to see the option to add a subscription. Here's an example of what I saw when testing on a free account:



    If you click "Get UNLIMITED Access" you'll be taken to the option to set up a VIP subscription. Is this experience different from what you are seeing?

    That's a problem with your ISP, not Turbine. An independent rating group has blocked your IP as a known source of spam.
