I recall seeing something about some Eveningstar Challenges (more specifically, the Underdark Arena ones) not giving the intended amount of ingredients in the Known Issues list, but I checked it again now and it's not there anymore, from which I can only assume it got fixed in the update 17 patch.
However, I'm still getting horrible amounts of ingredients in these when comparing to the Dryad Grove and the Ruined Keep. For example, a full-stars 5 min at level Defenseless gives me 350+ ingredients while a full-stars 13+ min at level Ring of Fire gives me 140 ingredients at best. Considering you generally need a high amount of Golden Lions and Silver Falcons to make a weapon, this makes the grind completely directed towards the Underdark Arena, which is very tiring due to its bigger time length.
So either I'm doing something really wrong (I know not going for the stars in the UA may get you a bigger score and thus more ingredients, but the change is barely noticiable) or this still isn't WAI or this IS WAI and the devs believe we should spend 40 minutes in a quest just to roll for a random weapon (I'm not even considering armors and shields since they are really underpowered - well, the weapons are usually bad too, but you can get some interesting combinations still).
So any thoughts on these, other than the usual "it's not worth it so I don't run"?
