I found that for multiboxing I like PyLotRO better than turbinelauncher.

How are you attempting to multi box to start with? Some do multi installs, some do nircmd, some do pylotro so that will probably give us more info.

This is nircmd from an old multi-boxing thread where I learned how to do it.

I use a tool call nircmd (available here) and the following shortcut to change my title to 'DDO' which fools the launcher:

    Code:
C:\Windows\nircmd.exe win settext title "Dungeons and Dragons Online" DDO
Saving Disk Space (Advanced users only!)

If you run several copies of DDO at the same time, one of the problems becomes disk space and having to patch each client individually. Another trick to save space is to create symbolic links between different DDO directories. First, copy the directories, then delete all the large client*.dat files from the second copy. Then create symbolic links using the Windows 7 mklink command. Although the mklink command only ships by default on Windows 7, this command will work on all Windows above XP, if you can get your hands on it...

    e.g.

    mklink "C:\Program Files\Turbine\DDO2\client_general.dat" "C:\Program Files\Turbine\Dungeons & Dragons Online - Stormreach\client_general.dat"

Uber advanced users: you can do all your client*.dat files using a for loop e.g.
    cd "C:\Program Files\Turbine\Dungeons & Dragons Online - Stormreach"
    for %f in (client*.dat) do mklink "C:\Program Files\Turbine\DDO2\%f" "C:\Program Files\Turbine\Dungeons & Dragons Online - Stormreach\%f"
    .

This does mean that you cannot start the launcher after the game has loaded, but it does use considerably less disk space if you run several copies of DDO. Be sure when you patch your client to fully patch the main client, then patch each linked client separately afterwards.
