    Default Expansion Pack

    I bought the new expansion pack and did not recieve my DDO Points? What do I do now? I have the date and my order number? Who do I contact to fix this?

    If you have applied the Product keys you received to your account, and have still not received the Turbine Points, please contact Account Support. They can fix that pretty quick.
