    Angry (Error): A failure has occurred in submitting your support request.

    When i attemp to log on to a world. the chracter selection screen works ok but when the world finally loads i get this message in the chat window and the red disconnected icon. then the game goes away and I STILL get the server disconnected message. FIX IT OR SOMEONE ELSE WILL GET MY MONEY!

    Yea i have had the same problem, but unless the game becomes possible to play they wont be getting anything anyway.
    I was on the server after the update today and was fine for 1 quest for me but other were having terrible lag. Then i Tried to log in again just before took a few steps glitched out then got disconnected and i am really loosing patience with the issues.

    I think those are two issues. Many are getting the message you are getting but are connecting okay. You are also disconnecting upon initial log-in. There are several recent threads about both issues, you can find some here:

    I highlighted ddopreload because that program has been used by me and others with great success to prevent the initial log-in dc problem.

    Default still not working

    I've done those things. Ive reinstalled the game. I've cleared my cache, defragged, tested my network, ran the preloader thingy. and DDO is STILL the only game that doesn't work. It's NOT on my end. Even LOTRO works great. I'm not big on the game beacause it's nowhere near as good as DDO but it still works. The problem is DDO, not me. I guess I'll spend more time and money on Uncharted Waters online or DWO instead of where I want to spend my time and money. I'll check back in a week, if it's still not working I might not come back

    Are you consistently getting the red disconnect, and not just on initial login?

    It it was working before a patch and not after, it could be your firewall software being too aggressive and blocking it.
