    Default Account Ban

    Please help!

    I think my account has been played by someone else. Tried to log in today and have the message

    DDOWarforged FTUIPack Account... Banned

    At the select subscription page. My Brother has no problem getting into his account as we are both F2P.

    Have logged into the forum, crated a new password, but still unable to log into the game.

    Can anyone help me please?

    To appeal an in-game ban, please send in a support ticket to In-Game Support through support.turbine.com. Go to support.turbine.com, then click on "Support Center" and "Submit a Ticket." There is a drop-down option for Ban Appeal.

    Have generated a ticket on the Monday.

    Luckily there was no Credit card details attatched to this account (usually get split points via my Dad's account) and the only thing we noticed was changed e-mail details (thus we had no indication if any TPs have been used, or the account had even been played preceeding discovering the ban) and I attatched those details and am currently still waiting on the processing of that ticket.

    3 weeks.... 3 tickets and ZERO answers...

    While I thank you Gkar to prove the point that I'm not alone in my ban, it dosn't resolve the issue

    As for calling Turbine support... I'm in enough trouble at home without adding international phone bills...

    Will keep all updated to this age old dilema...
