    Default Drow TWF Evasion Paladin w/rogue skills (Help)

    Hi, I'm a returning player after about a 2 year Hiatus.

    I was previously following (exactly) an old Dworfkin lvl by lvl guide that I can no longer find or is likely obsolete by now. I barely remember anything that I've done previously; tomes enhancements, feats etc. I've done some research and can't really find what I'm looking for now.

    I'd like some help keeping this character on track as a 32pt. build TWF Drow Evasion Paladin w/rogue skills. This character will be primarily used to casually solo dungeons and at an easy pace. I believe his original path was an 18 Pally, 2 Rogue. I've included a complete image of my current setup and would appreciate as detailed help as I can get. Post or private message would be great.

    Pal 18 / rog 2 is a classic combo; see also EllisDee37's thread. Here's my TWF drow variant:

    Looking at your build, my suggestion would be to swap OTWF for Power Atk and maybe redo your enhs.

    You'll notice I didn't pick the last three feats on this build. That's because it depends on what you want to focus on:
    • AoE DPS - pick up Cleave, GC, and Overwhelming Crit. This will also open up Lay Waste & Momentum Swing, if/when you grind EDs enough to take Legendary Dreadnaught.
    • Tanking - I'd pick up Shield Mastery & ISM and switch to DoS PrE.
    • Self-healing - Quik+Max+Emp Heal is a good combo for emergency heals.

    I'm curious as to why you went with rogue over monk if you didn't plan to max out rogue skills. With a 16 int you should have plenty of skill points.

    What were your base stats and what tomes do you have?

    This character was probably made in 2008 or 2009, I really cant remember what tomes I got at the time and Im not even sure they had monks back then.

    Regardless, this character was following a Dworfkin template exactly, step by step, level by level. At the time, he was a leading player contributor to templates and such. TBH, I wish I could find that exact template again and I'd simply continue on that path, obsolete or not.

    Unbongwah's template is certainly a great help, but my current stats, particularly Int seem so out of whack with what his build is doing. Anyways, I appreciate any additional input people might have.

    FWIW, you should have a free LR you can cash in; just talk to Kurz in House J and tell him you want to use your free LR. That will let you redo your stats, feats, skill pts, etc. Of course, you should make sure you've picked a new build to follow first!

    The main difference between your build & mine seems to be you spread around your skill pts a bit more than I did. My build goes for max UMD, with extra pts put into Open Lock; Balance is another option. I'm guessing you started with higher INT.

    Mousing over each of your ability scores will tell you the base stat (i.e. what you started with) and any inherent bonuses (i.e., tomes).
