    Default Doing a my final paladin life. Any suggestions in maybe making it better?

    Hi all,

    I'm going to be doing my 12th life as a paladin. I want the paladin past life and as a helf as well. So i have a ton of gear with khopesh and handwraps. I will NOT change races. my toon has been a helf every life since day 1. The life is mainly for tring purposes. There might be a chance i might do epics but not epic elite with him. Just to work on maybe epic destiny, gather gear or just for fun.

    My idea is for self sufficient toon and moderate dps. if i can make it better i would love any ideas. I have a ton of amp gear as well to help on this as well as a charisma +6 skill greensteel if umd can be obtained for like arcane stuff. So any ideas. im dont care if im not centered or not. i can switch to wraps or khopesh any time. I took Hunter for the amp and immunity to neg levels stalwart for hp bump. Since i figured kensai wasnt worth it with 6 levels and i dont have stunning fist or blow. fist because of not focusing on wisdom. blow wasnt sure if the dc would be high enough to work.

    took cleric dilletante for self healing as well as paladin spells, loh, and the soverign ability.

    so if you see a way this could be improved im open to ideas as long as i get pally past life and its helf.

    I did my as a 9mnk/2rgr/9pal.
    9 monk for Touch of Death and imp evasion, ranger for feats and manyshot later and 9 pal cause I wanted the PL(shocking!)
    14 wis is more then enough to be worth the stunning fist in heroics.

    I never saw benefits of 12 pally for neg lvl imunity since DW clicky from Tangleroot and Silver Flame Necky are more then enough. That and the pally enhancements are currently very craptastic.

    I could prolly dig up that build if you want it (though mine was human which can be swapped with helf easily since it has plentora of feats available).

    only reason i liked it was there is so many things in the game that constantly neg level you i didnt mind it just for leveling purposes and the healing amp was nice bonus as well. Not to mention lots of things dispel as well not just beholders. Trog shamans, some bosses, Gnoll shamans i think as well. i know eladarin in running do. Um well of course regular beholders :P. i did think of 9 monk as well for tod and improved evasion.

    Also im not sure if i will have the build when they do the overhaul. if i did i would also get the benefit of the knight of chalice if the overhaul comes with the expansion.

    I would be willing to at least look into the build and see if its something i like. yeah i wont go human as i stated in the first post. only time ill ever change my race is for the iconic trs. I have wf, horc dwarven toons. for once i just wanted to stay with one race through all lives.

    For leveling, I prefer KoTC 18 pally/2 monk. Very hard to kill and your DPS is better bc more smites and DM3.

    Also, being elf or helf, scimmies are on par with khopeshes and you don't use a feat.

    only reason why i say khopesh is because i have a bunch of gs made like lit 2 2 triple positive for undead min 2 etc. so it was my choice on other lives :P

    I would split it 15 pally 3 monk 2 fighter for Zeal and take rogue dilly spend points on bluff and max SA.

    Maxed SA smites do some drooling dmg and it is easy to get more double-strike now so...

    You will not need a cleric dilly on a pally just invest in some umd!

    Check out Pyrene; it's meant as an endgame build, but it looks like a fun leveling build too. Plus even though I know it's not ideal, I like the idea of a TWF pally w/Manyshot.
