    Default Account already has DDODefault FTUIPack Account Creation

    I just purchased the 49.99 preorder pack, went into my email, copied the code given to me, went to my account page, put it in, and got the message

    The following subscription(s) already have the features you are activating:
    Subscription Nickname Features Activated
    DDODefault FTUIPack Account Creation

    There is no option to continue or anything. Anybody have any advice on how to add the expansion to my account?

    And yes, I logged in to the game, and have nothing from my preorder pack, so it has not gone through

    Yeah. I just spent 90 dollars and got the same thing. Pretty mad.

    So this completely fails for me. Once I enter the product code and hit Submit, nowhere on the ensuing page is there an option to 'Change Billing Options.' There's also no listing for the 'subscription I want to upgrade.'

    I just get the message in the OP. Nothing else there clickable. Anyone have any ideas?

    Hit Change Billing Options if you are VIP, or Get Unlimited Access if you are Premium or f2p. THEN choose to enter a game time key, FINALLY here is where you enter the product code.

    You probably already have it figured out by now, but here it is if you still need it.

    This worked for my boyfriend. Thanks so much. I had a cranky bear on my hands until we found this
