Default Max CHA/DEX achievable for a first life character

What is the maximum combination of CHA and DEX that a first life character (VIP) can get without grinding his life into the game ?

(Sorry if the thread is not in the appropriate sub-forum)

For dex on something like a rogue
    20 base (halfing, or elven)
    6 level up
    8 gear
    3 insightful
    1 exceptional
    2 racial enhancement
    3 class enhancement
    4 alchemical (tensors)
6 epic destiny (not a good plan but for max possible)
1 profane litany of the dead
    5 tome

    59 dex

    For cha on a sorc
    20 base (drow)
    6 level up
    8 gear
    3 insightful
    1 exceptional
    3 class enhancments
    6 epic destiny
1 profane litany of the dead
    5 tome

    53 cha

Not sure if I missed anything but that's it from the top of my head.

Technically I don't see the +2 bonus from ship buffs, but generally - this is what I was looking for. Thanks.

(( My goal is to make a 100 reflex save character (10 rogue, 6 paladin, 4 monk) after the enhancement pass so maximizing both DEX and CHA is quite vital ))

    Full charisma breakdown

6-20 starting, depending on race/build points
    1 Human/Helf adaptability
    6 max level up
    5 max tome
3 max enhancements (for favored soul, sorc, paladin, and bard. Clerics get 2 max I believe)
    2 bard capstone
6 max ED enhancements (draconic, magister, exalted angel, fatesinger, unyielding sentinel)
    3 max twists
    1 fatesinger glitter of fame
    1 fatesinger echoes ability
1 fatesinger masked ball party buff
2 inspire excellence party buff (requires 15 bard levels from someone in party)
    8 max item
    3 max insightful item
    1 exceptional item
1 profane bonus (from litany of the dead only)
    2 yugoloth potion
    2 max airship buff
2 Exalted angel Aura (angelic presence)
2 completionist (not available to first life)

    Temporary stuff:
4 Turn the tide from fatesinger (I believe there is something this doesn't stack with, maybe yugo pots)
    2 Store pot
    3 max Alchemical potion bonus

Dex looks similar, but I don't know as much about it, so I won't give the breakdown.

I should make a guide like this someday, but meh.

Edited to include tomes thanks, don't know how that slipped my mind, just not on top of my game today.

I doubt you'll get to 100 though maybe it's possible especially if they add a lot more power in the expansion again. But I have to ask why. Your damage will be low, ac doesn't cap out to a situation where you can only be hit on a 1 anymore, you'll have low hp so when you do get hit it'll be bad. Also I think mid 60's can get you into no fail reflex saves right now (not 100% on this) so even with the creep that will happen at level 28 I doubt 100 will be needed.

The thief acrobats after the enhancement pass will be able to use DEX for to hit and damage for Staves (or alternatively the monks will be able to do the same with slashing/piercing weapons they are centered with) and I assume with 50 DEX I wont be that much behind in damage.

The AC isn't important in here.

The other thing that the acrobats will get is improved defensive roll - below 50% hp you can reduce the incoming physical damage by 80% instead of 50%. With 100 reflex the chance is 100%. So if I have 600 HP (example number) and I'm below 300 HP every physical attack will deal -80% damage making my effective HP 1500 (while I am under 300) and I assume with 100 reflex save there won't be a lot of spells that will be able to damage me.

Having a Paladin (6 levels) will give me 25 PRR as well, which is not a lot but given the already -80% damage it's still something. (alternatively if I somehow hit the 100 reflex without 6 paladin levels but instead 2 paladin levels I will skip the paladin tree and go for a shintao for a stance that gives 50 PRR and 5% dodge)

Even without items and with only the dodge feat + the enhancements I will have 19% dodge (moooooar mitigation XD)
    dodge breakdown
    3 - dodge
    6 - monk levels
    4 - rogue levels
    3 - rogue enhancements
    3 - monk enhancements

    ==========================================
    In short
-80% physical damage from defensive roll
    - Some other damage from the PRR
    - Some more mitigation from dodge and AC
    - Good EFFECTIVE health (easier to heal actually each heal will give x5 the effective amount)
    - Respectable damage (I think)

Some common spells you'd have problems with

    Frost lance (fort save)
    Ice Storm
    Eladar's Electric Surge
    Niac's Biting Cold
    Divine Punishment
Necrotic Ray (not sure on this one but I think drow necro's cast this)
    Disintegrate (fort save)
    Black Dragon Bolt
Polar Ray (this gets spammed a lot by ice flenzors)
    Horrid Wilting

Keep in mind all of these are fairly common, I think if you really do want a high defense toon, going with a more balanced build would probably get you better results than trying to pump reflex sky high.

Not 43 but 53 Cha (probably typo).
    I may be dumb...
