Hey QM, will the new XPac bonus items be added to the store and if so, when and at what prices?

In particular:

+skill tomes
Lesser Epic XP Tome
Greater Epic XP Tome
Lesser to Greater Epic XP Tome

Knowing this would help determine the relative value of if it is worth buying the expansion, and which edition of the expansion if we do buy.

We do not have Lesser/Greater Epic XP Tomes in the store at the moment, but prices are comparable to the Heroic versions.
