    Default My account is messed up......woot, like everyones

    I am having a helluva time just navigating the new layout.

    I have read up on some on this issue...........when I can find the proper threads.

    I submitted a ticket to hopefully get my old account back.

    It took me a gazillion tries just to get here. Half of the time, I can't even log in because I immediately get a notification that I have "timed out" literally right after hitting the log in button.

    My old screen name was "<removed>", but was told it was already taken when I tried to log in with it.

    Anyway, this forum name that I am using now is not what I use to currently log in. It still allows me to use "<removed>" log in as a user name, but it still registers with "<removed>".

    I don't fricken get it, and I am a computer dummy when it comes to stuff like this.

    You'll get all the things you described, just because it's the new and improved version of the forums.
    ( ok some of use were lucky and kept their postcount and rep... but we still get all the New Features )

    Yep just logged into game only to find my account has been downgraded to Premium... logged into Turbine account and found that my account profile, billing address and payment details all screwed up.... apparently I now live in the Shetland Islands, and my first and second lines of my address are now identical... so this month's sub was obviously declined and I have lost my VIP Turbine Points allocation.... useless, especially as now I cant get the account updated cos its asking me to re-verify my email address.. except your email to me that allows me to verify it.. mysteriously doesn't materialise!!!

    What a god awful mess the billing update has become.

    Oh and just to add some more mess to this... even changing my account profile / details doesn't work... it just reverts back to the messed up details and there is definitely no email verification being sent through, just an email saying details have been updated, if I did not authorise them I need to log into my account.. blah blah blah.. so now its abundantly clear Turbine don't want my custom... I have been playing DDO since early beta in the UK and switched across to DDO Unlimited when Codemasters closed the EU servers and this is leaving a real nasty taste!

    Like my forum name? I DON'T. But that is what I am stuck with since the "Upgrade"

    Like so many others, I too lost my founder account forum name and have been getting canned replies for weeks now about how "You are working on fixing this!". BS. How hard can it be to restore my account credentials?

    This is a "Don't care" instead of "Can't figure it out" situation. You won't convince me nobody in the organization can figure out how to fix this issue. You are just hoping we will get tired of complaining and give up.
