I logged in for the first time in about 2 weeks just to make this post. Ie a LOT less.

I have SSH issues at work and I can't view them in my usual way on my phone, and I couldn't be bothered with the time out. I still read a bit but navigation is still a bit 'meh'.

Seriously this is embarrassing considering the recent NWO launch. I am discussing DDO as I discuss NWO there are some people who may want to check out DDO as a result... but right now? /winces. Bad bad bad bad timing to have this monumental stuff up.

    Less.
The difficulty in staying logged in aside, the forums are also hard to navigate currently. The broken links and the lack of a Dev Tracker make it hard for me to find threads of interest.

Is it just me, or is there a difference in the "New threads" you see when logged in Vs not logged in?

Less, but mainly because I don't like having to resign in and renavigate back to the thread I am trying to reply to every 5 minutes or so.

Never adress to malice what you can adress to incompetence.
But then again, no one can be so incompetent.
So it has to be purpose, if mixed with malice or not who cares.
Its clear they dont want us posting.

Way less. This is the first time I've visited the forums since the change. Why? Well, I had to create this new account because I've never been able to sign in with my game login - I consistently get an error message, and my home computer simply gives me the turbine maintenance page for both the old forums and the new ones. So I'm not a real happy forum camper.

    LESS

    MUCH LESS

For the first couple weeks I couldn't even figure out how to log in. I am not normally one to dog on Turbine but they REALLY screwed the pooch on this one. And the real problem is that they had to link our forum screen names with our Turbine account names. That idea is just terrible. Having to log in multiple times on my personal computer at home is an inconvenience. If I am ever at school or the library and using a public computer, hell no am I gonna log every five minutes. In fact, since my Turbine account is now linked to my forum account the ONLY time I will ever use the forums is on my personal computer at home. I already refuse to use online banking, email and other sensitive services on public computers due to the high likelihood of keyloggers being installed on them. So when my forum account, which is linked to my Turbine account, which contains my credit card information, is requiring me to log in on a public computer, I will just avoid that. People using anything but a completely FTP account need to know these things too.

Forum traffic is already very obviously down because of all of the above problems.

Same here. Still not sure why that is and why it accepted my info for a new account or why my old one doesn't work - but the name is taken, and reset emails are never sent out ... but yeah what on earth happened on these forums?!

This is making lotro's new forums (a year+ back) look totally not buggy (and they still are).

Very less.. At work the new forum pages need to be autorized each one every time I open one.. So it's just faster to go to look at some photo gallery of some newspaper when I don't know what to do :P

Default yup , cannot stand this buggggyness anymore.

A freaking crapload less- These forums are so wonky now i had to find out they released news on xpac and u18 from another site. I still can't find the info here for **** sakes!

Its total incompetence at the highest degree . These forums blow! I have to go to the vault to get any juicy info about anything relevant. Maybe Turbine should ask them for help! God knows they need it!

Less posting. Largely 'cause I'm waiting to get my original forum name back, and when that happens I don't want to be tracking posts through 2 lists.

I still read almost as much though.

much much much much much less...

Used to have a tab always open on it and refreshing the "New Posts" several time an hour... Now I just browse it once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
It's obvious from the morning browsing that it's general...
I used to have to look at 10+ pages of new posts ( usually 15ish ). Since the change, today is the biggest : 5 pages... 120 threads with new posts.
On G-Land : Flavilandile, Blacklock, Yaelle, Millishande, Larilandile, Gildalinde, Tenalafel, and many other...

More. But thats probably more coincidence than anything else.
Forums look a bit more modern, so thats not bad. The logouts were my only gripe and that seems pretty much on par now to where it was before.
With neverwinter sending more ppl ddo's way, newer looking forums cant be that bad. Can it?

    WAY less.

Far harder to read, old posts not showing up, getting signed out all the time.

Oh, and STILL CAN'T LOG INTO MY OLD FORUM ACCOUNT.

Not to mention how disheartening the garbage pile that is the enhancement alpha.

I post less but read them at the same amount as I have in the past.

Only posting less due to the vast amount of negativity.

Less, which is probaly a good thing to some... I post far far far less....I read far far less......I play the game less............Yet another chink in the DDO armor IMO... As many great things they've added to the game over the last 2-3 years, the stumbles are so numerous, that it negates all that good..... There needs to be new leadership, the current crop is worn and walking wrong path...

I only read 2X a day now. Posted less than 10 times. I havent logged into the game since NWO came out Thursday. Forum moderation was biased and weak before the update. Now seems anything the mods dont like just gets cubed. The playerbase has been screaming for changes for as long as I've been reading here and longer. More easy button pay to play in the store. And on, and on...

This is only the second, maybe third time I have logged into the forums and this is my first post on the new forums.

I am a grumpy old man who dislikes change. I don't like the new layout or colors of the forums and find it much hard to read. Much harder to find posts that I have any interest in reading. The dev tracker and new post were the main ones I used and they don't seem to work for me most the time.

Also much harder to read on my phone, I used to do that a lot.

Something else I used to do a lot who look for post made by my friends on the forum. The search results for that are unreadable. I mean come on, light tan on a white background? Also the search latest post seems to be broken, it starts with post from 2010 and goes older from there

Also many of the items on these forums are overlapping and covering each other up. makes it impossible to read or use some items.

I have a nice 24" monitor, why is the forum only using the middle third of my screen???? yes the background image is nice, but i would rather have the post take up the majority of the screen

its a bummer to even come here to read...whoever they hired as the web programmer is not very good at all.
eventually, if not already, they will have to hire someone to fix this mess,,then it should start getting better.
no like new forums and lost information....boo
